Minería de Datos, Conflictos Sociales y Explotación de Recursos Naturales: Un Aporte Metodológico

Resumen
A través de la técnica de Text Mining generamos una metodología para la cuantificación de los conflictos sociopolíticos relacionados a la explotación de los recursos naturales mediante la utilización de noticias de periódicos. Como caso de estudio nos enfocamos en los conflictos que acontecieron en Argentina desde 1996-2014, procesando 1.758.747 noticias de uno de los principales diarios argentinos. Esto nos dio como resultado un esquema fácilmente extensible al resto de los países de la región y nos permitió sacar conclusiones sobre la relación entre conflictos sociales y la explotación de recursos naturales en Argentina.
