Abstract
Its presents a methodological statistical exercise that applies the Model of Social Accounting to accounts institutional sectors for Mexican public Sector`s income and expenditure distribution. Because the review on measurements of welfare and prosperity of the people, proposed by the Commission of measurement on the economic performance and the social progress (CMPEPS, 2015), its acquires theoretical and statistical relevancy, because it demonstrates the feasibility of extending the measurement of distributive transactions generated in the production, That they pay accounting in available revenue as extended measure of liquidity and wealth of the households; it makes like that manifestly the appearance of the distribution politics of the public resource and his efficiency in the welfare expenditure
