The identification system using the MATLAB®/Simulink software, can be a powerful tool to estimate and validate the mathematical model, in this case after the documentary analysis of previous studies by institutions related to the topic and several samples in bottles of 1 gallon for physic-chemical analysis, water from the National University of Loja shows presence in unacceptable levels of aluminum, arsenic, material floater, temperature, which will be represented by mathematical model, and then be controlled through a PID discreet, to keep these four variables within the ranges allowed by the Water Supply Company of the city of Loja, southern Ecuador.
