Modelos estadísticos para el estudio de variables que pueden incidir en la probabilidad de obtener empleo en Ecuador

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to know how influential are certain demographic factors in obtaining employment for Ecuadorians whose age is between 18 and 70 years old. For this purpose, we considered certain variables and characteristics from the person that can affect positively or negatively their insertion on the laboral force. With the help of SPSS (software) and statistical techniques such as Logistic Regression and Decision Trees was determined that gender, age and education of the person can affect at the moment of entering the Ecuadorian market
